Return, refund and cancellation policy
You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received your order and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please contact us by phone before you send anything back and we will advise you of the procedure to follow. You can cancel any order placed by contacting us before we dispatch the item and we will organise a full refund. If for some reason you receive the wrong title, please contact us and we will aim to put things right as soon as possible. If the book you receive is faulty or damaged please contact us and we will send a replacement.
Delivery policy
Student course books are for convenience and to cut costs usually delivered to the relevant course centre. Professional books on our site are sold at a cheaper price if we bring them along for you to a conference or other event. All books on this site can, for an extra cost, be posted to you. Student books are often delivered to course centres (or posted) within five working days. If the publisher concerned is out of stock of a particular title this will delay our delivery to you and we will endeavour to keep you informed as to a likely delivery date via email.
